TriBSA round two - bobber

A while back I was planning to build a TriBSA cafe racer with an A10 frame and a T110 motor - in Goldie trim. Well I ended up with a featherbed frame and the cafe is going to be a Triton now. I still have a nice t110 motor that's not going into the Norton frame, so I decided to build a bobber with those parts instead. I bought a made to spec David Bird hard tail section which turned out super nice. Today I chopped off the sub frame and mocked up what the rigid will look like. Needless to say I'm pretty excited!

I still need to grind off the old sections and some useless tabs before it gets welded up. Not to mention check all the measurements to make sure the frame is actually straight (I found a damaged section of tubing under the left rear motor-mount). More on this soon.
